This App is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the App is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement ("Apple Standard EULA"), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
If there is a conflict between Apple's Standard EULA and these Terms, Apple's Standard EULA will control to the extent required.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Prices may vary by region and may change; any changes will apply at the next renewal.
If the App offers a free version, some features may be limited. We may change what is included in free vs paid tiers from time to time.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The UGC Playbook LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The UGC Playbook LTD from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
The App and its content (excluding content you provide) are owned by or licensed to The UGC Playbook LTD and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App except as permitted by these Terms.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, including to improve features, maintain security, or comply with legal requirements. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the updated version.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the App, users, or our rights.
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are an international user, you agree that any disputes will be handled under the laws of England and Wales, and (where permitted) in the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" will reflect when changes are made. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
