Subscription status (for example, whether you have an active subscription). Note: we do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Device / technical information
Basic device and app information (such as device type, operating system version, app version, language, crash logs, and similar diagnostics) to maintain and improve the App.

Provide and personalise App features (including protein targets, meal planning tools, and swap suggestions).
Improve, maintain, and troubleshoot the App (including bug fixes and performance).
Provide customer support and respond to requests.
Determine and enforce access to paid features (based on subscription status).
Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and users (including fraud prevention and security).
Where applicable under UK GDPR / EU GDPR, we rely on:
Contract (to provide the App features you request),

If you subscribe, purchases are processed by Apple via In-App Purchase. Apple may collect and process payment and billing information under Apple's policies. We do not receive your full payment card details.
The App may use third-party services for essential functionality and reliability, such as:
Apple In-App Purchases (to process subscriptions)
Analytics and/or crash reporting (to understand App performance and improve stability)
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing/advertising purposes.
If specific third-party providers are used (e.g., analytics/crash tools), your device and usage data may be processed by them solely to help us operate and improve the App.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including to provide the App, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Depending on the feature, some information may be stored locally on your device and/or on secure systems used to operate the App.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" will be updated when changes are made. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
